Physical Facilities

The SITIO has 4 villas built in a Filipino-Balinese style. The foundation is made of concrete while the roof is of a unique design with cogon roofing. Each room has a package type air conditioning.

The total floor area of the 4 villas is 416 sqm. There is a reception counter which doubles up as an outside bar. There is a service building which houses a generator room, kitchen and laundry. The compound is equipped with a 60 KVA diesel generator which can supply the entire electrical requirement of the compound during brownouts. The kitchen and laundry are fully equipped.

There is a waterfall which spills into a swimming pool for the use of guests. It displays changing colored lights for evening swimming. Two cabaňas are located along side the swimming pool.

Accommodations

Two of the villas have one bedroom accommodations. Each has a living room with a bar, a one bedroom loft, luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi, cable TV and electronic safe. The showers are located in a beautifully landscaped garden. The units are equipped with hardwood furniture.

The two other units have two bedrooms each ideal for families. Villa 3 has a living room with a bar, two bedrooms with bathrooms, Jacuzzi for 2, cable TVs and electronic safe.

Villa 4 has two separate units. The lower unit has a living room with a bar, a large bedroom, spacious bathroom with a garden, jacuzzi for 2, TV and electronic safe. The upper unit has a living room with a bar, a bedroom, bathroom with jacuzzi for 2 and cable TV. The unit has a loft with a bed and playing area for children. The lower and upper units have an adjoining door for a family or group that want to occupy the entire both units.

Room Rates

Villas are priced at $200 per day except Unit 3 which is charged $340. The entire SITIO can accommodate from 16 to 21 persons.
