Physical Facilities

Five villas, 4 deluxe and 1 premier villa, and a restaurant building are being constructed on a 2,000 square meters lot. The restaurant building will house 3 restaurants. Additional units shall be built in the adjoining property.

Each deluxe villa has a total of 149 square meters of floor area. The lot size is approximately 200 square meters. The unit has a living room, kitchen/dining room, master’s bedroom with balcony, main bathroom, guest bathroom, an observation tower, and roof deck. Each unit has its own swimming pool and cabaňa in a beautifully landscaped garden. A golf cart for the is optional.

The facilities of Waling-Waling Beach Hotel shall be available to unit owners. Unit owners may avail of food and beverage services to have meals prepared in the units or to cater parties

Management Agreement

The units are being sold to private investors. A management agreement will be entered into between Amihan Resorts and the unit owner. Under the proposed management agreement, profit-sharing shall be 60:40 with 60% of the net income going to the unit owner. The unit owner shall have free use of the unit for 30 days. Investors may expect a reasonable return to investment.
